Money-back policy
Digital Skincare Inc. (“Skincare”) owns the website located at pora.ai (herein known as the “Site”) and provides services via the Site and mobile device application Pora ai (herein known as the “App”).
You are eligible to receive a refund if you did not get visible results in the pora ai app and if you meet the following conditions:
- You have purchased your monthly, yearly, half-year, or lifetime subscription (“Subscription”) via the Site; and
- You have contacted us via care@pora.ai within 30 days after you had purchased the Subscription and before the end of your subscription period; and.
- You used the mobile app for at least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after your purchase of the Subscription.
We will review your application and notify you (by email or otherwise) if your application is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
If you purchased your subscription via the App Store or any distribution platform (like the Apple App Store) where our mobile application is made available (each, an “App Provider”), you should cancel the renewal of your subscription with the App Provider.
Customers who subscribed to Pora ai through an App Provider will need to reach out to Apple directly with any refund requests. Apple is typically able to honor all refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date (at their discretion). Customers who subscribed to Pora ai through iTunes will need to reach out to Apple directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/.
Lifetime subscription and gift card purchases are not eligible for a refund.
Please note that due to the downloadable nature of the workbooks, purchases are non-refundable.

Please note: only the fulfillment of the above requirements will allow you to receive a complete refund under the “Money-Back Policy.”
This Money Back Policy was posted on 14 Apr 2022. It is effective upon acceptance for new users and from 01.05.2022, for all other users. The Money-Back Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use, the up-to-date version of which can be accessed on the Site.
Any translation from the English version is provided for your convenience only. In the event of any difference in meaning, version, or interpretation between the English language version and any translation, the English language version will prevail.
